Two buildings that had previously been part of the Michigan School for the Blind were converted into a total of 60 apartments for individuals 55 and older.
The new development includes apartments for individuals with mental health conditions or physical disabilities. These residents can access on-site supportive services.
The development is designed, in part, to assist individuals with a serious mental illness and people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
Through the PSP Lending Program, Wespath financed properties in all 50 states. View the PSP Property Map here to find information and addresses for many of the properties.
